Suzi Q. Smith has been writing poetry and performing spoken word for over a decade. Her work has been published in various anthologies and literary magazines, while her name is well known among the spoken word circuit. Suzi Q. is also the author of ’Walk Softly (and carry an a.k.)’, the Slammistress for Denver’s newest slam venue SlamNUBA, and the Poetry Editor for www.denversyntax.com, an online arts review.

Gypsee Yo

Gypsee Yo is a native of Tirana, Albania. She was a member of the Java Monkey/Atlanta Slam Team at the National Poetry Slam in Austin, TX 2006-2007, and represented Albania at the Individual World Poetry Slam in Charlotte, NC in 2006.She is the author of three poetry books in her native tongue, and of four CDs and a DVD in yours. Gypsee performs nationally and internationally and has been known to violate the prop rule by bringing her infant daughter up on the stage with her. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Tiffani discovered her love of slam once she moved to Columbus, Ohio. Some of her accomplishments include: member of the 2004 Columbus MPSL called the "columbus thunderpants". winner of the 2005 Black Pearl Poetry Grand Slam in Columbus Ohio. 2006 Columbus rep at IWPS. Member of the 2006 National Slam Team for Columbus.
