I know it is important to have as many slam masters at the meetings as possible.
And if someone can't make it a proxy is allowed.
with technology the way it is why can't a slam master video chat in.
1. Often at the meeting one Slam master is proxy for more than three venues and when votes are being counted one person with 5 to 9 votes could make an issue that is split or close a little unfair.
2. Video chatting i. e skype face to face are free and all that is needed is a computer - with economic issues using these methods would be beneficial. Of course there are downsides to everything but i thought i would put it out there get feed back before i made any formal proposals
