General Discussion / Quirky Slam extras Anyone?

So here's the deal... This year we've been trying to do little extra fun events at Slams here in the Twin Cities, Stuff to get the audience involved and or attract people who might not regularly attend Slams to come out. Thus far we've had a bonus group piece round, dirty Hiaku battles, Nice guy emcee battles, and The Slam Bake (a baked goods competition judged  like a Slam by that nights Slam judges). So my question to you is...Any suggestions? Do you guys have any quirky Slam extras? Let me know! Thanks.

Hey all!  I'm just posting to announce that there will be a Minneapolis vs. Milwaukee bout in LaCrosse WI on Monday Dec 11th 7pm at The Bodega Brew Pub 122 4th St. South
Poetic Blood will be shed.  :twisted:
If you live in the region you should definetly attend.

Hey there Slammers! Wonder Dave Here! I just recently started running the poetry slam at Kieran's in Minnesota. We're looking for some features to come to the Twin cities! If your interested contact us  slamminnesota@yahoo.com

Please include a sample of your work or link to a place we can check your stuff out. Our slams take place the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
