The people mover is $.50.  We're also working on renting vans.  We'll post the transport info up when it's completely solidified.

SHE SOOOOO deserved it!

Is she gonna be our merch chair for WOWps?  We could certainly use her expertise.

I'd be interested in lendiing a hand with this - though, i can't believe I'm saying it because WOWps is kicking my ass.

I, like Steve, was pretty surprised to see taz's name here because of the Winston-Salem reference.  I'll have to give him a buzz tonight about that.

I love wineries.

Napa sounds great.

My hugest concern is air fare -

but then, all good things are worth a small fee.  That may even be a great negotiating tool for the prize money!  LOL.

Let me know how I can help.

Airea "Dee" Matthews - Performance Coach.  She's brilliant and very well respected in Detroit.

Actually it's not miles away, it's 2 miles away and it's a straight shot into our downtown district.  The participants who do not bring their own transportation will be shuttled to the event through van transport from the hotel and from van rentals through the Host City.

Detroit does not have the best transportation system because most people that live in the automotive capital drive an automobile.

The host hotel sits right in the heart of the beautiful Belle Aisle Park and is less than a 7 minute drive to every venue.  It is a 5 minute drive to the Renaissance Center that has our downtown train The People Mover which stops right at the theater district where all of are events will take place.  Each venue in the theater district is in walking distant (as in a 2 minute walk).

I am encouraged and excited about the event taking place here.  Detroit is hoping to really show off!

Thanks,

Thanks so much.  After all of this work we're doing on WOWps, Rustbelt will be a nice pleasant new project and I so enjoyed helping last year.

Whatever you need - I'd be more than happy to assist!

Thanks,
