Late fines for Movies....
Should only be enforced for new movies and cult classics, come on really, i mean you're really trying to tell me that there was a large group of people upset because they couldn't rent some "b" list foriegn movie that i decided to pick up....come on... your killing me, nobodies rented it for 2 months..... nobodies gonna pick it up after i bring it back, so who cares if i briong it back 2 da..... ummmm i ment 2 weeks late.. give a brother a break....
