Thanks for coming to the forum.

Until further notice the rules are as follows:

1. You must register to post, hit the link at the top of the page to register.

2. Don't be a jackass. (Yes, posting links to your Viagra/Purse knockoff/Phishing site constitutes being a jackass).

3. No image leeching. (see below for more info)

4. If you do not activate your account within 48 hours, it will be deleted.

Violations of these rules will be punished.

We would like to not have to make any more rules, so please be civil, respect other people, and keep it work safe.

The time on this forum is GMT-5 (Eastern Standard), but phpBB does not support Daylight savings time.  If you would like your posts to reflect DST, set your time zone to GMT - 4 when it is in effect.

What is image leeching ?

That's when you use the img tag and link to a picture that is on someone else's web page.  

example:
This image is hosted on A2slam.com.


Every time someone on this forum loads this page, it costs A2Slam bandwidth.  That is why it is called image leeching.  Some webmasters may not even know how to detect this, and yet they pay for it.  Some webmasters will detect it, and replace the image with something entirely different, and often disgusting, as punishment to the leecher.  

If you would like to use image tags, then get some image hosting services, or a website.  Many ISPs give you a free website with your service.  There are some free image hosting services as well.

A2Slam was not actually leeched for this example, nor were any animals harmed.
