I am pretty sure that you can register your venue rep listed as "TBD" and let the official folks know the name of your rep once they've been selected.

We'd like to register but won't know our poet coming to WoW until Feb. 1. How did we register in the meantime to ensure a spot?

You would need to register through the PSi store and list the venue rep as TBD as Suzi Q indicated. Please be sure to inform Abbey as soon as you determine who your rep is.

So. . . I know I've seen this explained elsewhere.  But I can't find it.  Are poets that are signed up via a registered venue automatically in the tournament? I know we've paid the fee.  But before we continue fundraising to send her I want to make sure she'll actually be in the tournie.

Are you Registered or Certified? Non-certified venues I believe get to register for the tournament starting Feb 1. If you're certified and paid, unless the registartion has already filled, you should be fine.
