As a touring professional, I have to severely warn against performing a show with Bob. I did a show for him a few years ago, which was terribly organized, poorly attended (15-20 people), and though they charged at the door, they ended up paying me $14 with a snide remark. I don't understand how any organizer, in good conscience, can pay that to a touring poet who traveled to perform at their show. Another slammaster was so embarrassed that he threw in $50 out of his own pocket at the next show (God bless you, Jeremiah Blue). Don't do this show unless you like getting completely screwed.
