I' am trying to get in touch with you...Jesster has agreed to be my proxy at the slam masters meeting during the 2010 NPS.
I have emailed you and left messages to but didn't get a response.

what must I do to make the proxy official so I can attend the 2010 IWPS in Philadelphia as a certified poetry slam.

There is a proxy form in the SlamMaster Files section of the Forum, but since you just informed me that your Slam no longer exists, you don't need to do anything, you don't need a proxy since there isn't a venue any more. In order to attend IWPS, you'd have to apply as a Storm.
