NPS 2009 Shuttles?

We're looking at booking flights in to Ft Lauderdale.  Will there be a list of local shuttle companies available that can offer discounts for larger parties?  I'm sure the hotel will not offer free shuttle rides to FLL 50 miles away.

see what the airport has to offer. i've taken reasonable shuttles from West Palm Beach to Jupiter though I don't think it's anywhere near 50 miles.

Hey gang,

I was doing our budget for NPS and found out a couple of things:

1) The host hotel has a free shuttle to/from the West Palm Beach Airport - http://www.marriott.com/hotels/maps/travel/pbimc-west-palm-beach-marriott/
2) Host hotel has free parking for guests (how's that sound, Bro.Said!?) - I've had decent luck with these guys for rental cars, but I've heard horror stories: http://www.e-zrentacar.com/
3) Flights into Miami airport are half the price and there is a cheap train (less than $10 round trip) that goes from Miami airport to 0.2 miles from hotel - http://www.tri-rail.com/

Thank you Jesse.  Looks like the train ride is a great option.  I looked in to shuttles from FLL to the host hotel and it was going to be $20 a head plus tax and tip.  That would have put us out the cost of another plane ticket.

No problem.  It looked like a pretty good option for searching for competitive rates.  I have never taken that train, though, so be sure to do your homework.

Don't forget that Frontier, JetBlue and Southwest both service West Palm Beach, and I have found http://www.kayak.com invaluable for checking all other airlines
