It's a boy!

Scott Woods Parent was born at 5:30PM MST.  We were concerned that he wasn't crying, but as soon as we handed him a piece of paper with "Waaah!" written on it, he piped right up.  True to his namesake!

Just kidding.  Jonah Kai Parent is 8lbs 8 oz and 21.5 inches.  We had a home birth and mom and baby are just doing great.

Expect more fatherhood poems.

That is sofreakinfantastic! I love me the little babies. Thay are fantastic life-centering beings.  So much just melts away when they first make their appearance. 

Congrats Jess an Mrs Jess and lil' Jonah Kai "Scott Woods" Parent (great name BTW!!!)
