It depends on what you mean by registration, but I am guessing you mean Becoming a Member of PSI. Registration is for our tournaments (I'm that person too).  You can contact me, Abigail Ehn at psimember@charter.net anytime or by phone (701) 839-0150 CENTRAL TIME between 8AM and 5PM Monday-Friday.
