IWPS will be held February 2-4 in sunny Charlotte, NC.  Let me know if you have any more questions.

I just called Holiday Inn (the toll free number), and they said that all rooms under the PSI rate were sold out, and that rooms are available, but are $169 for one with a double bed. DAMN!!!!!!!

Is there any chance of there being more rooms made available at the lower rate? I ain't shellin' out close to $200 with taxes for a hotel room...

Did you talk to Trina? If you call the hotel directly and talk to her, that should do it.Though when I booked yesterday, she made it sound like there are only smoking rooms left and that they were running low.I didn't even bother to specify for two beds~oopsah! (notes location of sleeping bags).
There must be secondary hotels nearby. Even the cheap rate adds up after 4 days.Then there's...always floor surfing...

I called the toll free number on Friday, and they told me that all the rooms were taken. I called Trina this morning, and she said she was "in a different system" and would call me back. Never heard from her. Tried again a little while ago, but she was gone for the day...

Depending on how many beds we have & whatnot, we might have space in our room.Or there's another location a second set of folks are looking into that's cheaper and I'll try to relate what they find.

There are tons of rooms available at the 89.00 rate. The hotel is apparently run by morons!!!! Be persistant and keep calling the hotel directly.

I know I promised to finalize the list of contestants, but I didn't plan on waht a piece of crap Quickbooks Pro 2006 for the Mac is. I used to use Quickbooks Pro 5 and it was a wonderful program. Then they "improved" it and now it SUCKS!!!!!

Anyway, technical assistance isn't available until Monday and I can't make the accounting software stay open for more than about 2 minutes at a time. I'll fill in the blanks as soon as I can. But probably not until Monday. Sorry. Go yell at Intuit.
